ENGINE/CHASSIS.
The e-Boxer XV houses a 2.0 litre Subaru boxer engine with direct injection. A motor mounted on the XV’s gearbox allows the wheels to be driven electrically, or charges the lithium ion batteries when driving at high speeds or braking. The Boxer engine reduces the cars centre of gravity, increasing stability and control. The Chassis frame is made from lightweight and high strength materials.
